How to report on Client-specific data
Many Agencies use 1 central CallRail Account for all of their Clients. If this is the case, you may want to report on CallRail data for one specific Client rather than Account-wide data from CallRail. This includes viewing data on “Total Calls,” “Answered Calls,” “Leads,” etc. for one specific Client.
You can use Basic or Custom Metrics to report on Client-specific data from CallRail.
The Basic Metrics that are available all have “by Company” in the Metric name. These include “Missed Calls by Company,” “First Time Callers by Company,” and “Goal Completion Rate by Page.”
To view a list of these Metrics, navigate to Data Manager > Metrics in Databox and select CallRail from the Data Source drop-down. Type “by Company” in the Search bar to filter out all “by Company” Metrics.
